On Monday, August 7 at 7:00 p.m., the Yaquina Arts Association Photographers will host award-winning photographer Tom Schwabel at the Newport Visual Arts Center.
A native of Western New York and now based outside of Portland, Oregon, Schwabel’s preferred subject materials are landscapes, wildlife, and travel photography. Selected works have been featured in the Oregonian, Lonely Planet, National Geographic, and on the covers of National Parks magazine and Moon Travel Guides. Examples of his work can be seen at
