Ted Crego will break creating a great photo down into the three S’s of Subject, Simplify and Style with explanations and examples of what each step entails. Meeting starts at 7:00 pm in the McEntee Room at Newport Public Library.
The Photoshop User Group will meet before the regular meeting at 5:30 pm. Carl Baker will be discussing his workflow from loading photos into the computer, selecting which photos to work on, processing the best photos in On1 Raw and then finishing the photos in Photoshop. He will be emphasizing the creation of masks to help in the processing of the photos.
In addition, if anyone brings in their own photos, he will process their photos instead of his.
You do not have to have Photoshop or On1 Raw to attend the Photoshop User Group meetings. Most of what he covers can be used in most photo processing programs.
Note, the Critique and Processing Group will NOT be meeting the third Monday of August since Ted Crego will be out of town that day.
