About Jeremy:

I started in the newspaper industry in 2004. Running newspapers eventually led me to photography, not out of interest but out of need for quality art. It wasn’t until 2014 that I decided to get serious about learning the craft and developing a style. Around 2016 I launched my own community magazine and social media marketing business where I specialized in food and product photography. In late 2018 I was asked to come consult for the News-Times in Newport and eventually returned as publisher. My current position is Publisher for News-Times, OC Waves Magazine, Travel Newport, The COVE, Siuslaw News and Cottage Grove Sentinel. I also operate a photography business on the side focusing on fine art prints of the stunning Oregon coast.
My personal style of photography is to push my limits to produce images that people haven’t seen before, focusing on the unique access I have. My images are a representation of what I see in my everyday life. Working 70+ hours a week I have little time for planning and have to make the most of every minute I can behind the camera.
