Changes to EID Size Rules

The Columbia Council of Camera Clubs has decided to change the maximum EID image resolution to 1024×1024.  This will benefit those images submitted for competition that are in Portrait mode as they will show better on screens.  They then voted to change the maximum file size of the image to 1MB.  This change will take effect for images submitted for the September 2017 competition.
