The program for our February 7 meeting will feature presentations from two of our members covering some useful tools in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.
Walt Duvall will present New Masking Possibilities in Lightroom. His presentation will highlight the numerous new masking procedures now available in Lightroom Classic and explore their creative potential.
Dave Cook will present Dipping a Toe into the Shallow End of Photoshop: Three Easy Fixes. His presentation will describe (i) a divine way of getting rid of halos, (ii) using the patch tool to remove blotchy areas in a photo, and (iii) using crop and content-aware-fill when you need a skosh more room.
About our Presenters:
Walt has been taking pictures for 50 years, and for the last 10 of these has assiduously explored the uses of the Adobe Lightroom software package in post-processing photos.
Dave has been taking pictures most of his life but took up photography in a more serious way after retiring from a 35-year career as an elementary school teacher. He regards photography as “the perfect combination of art and tech, with something new to learn every day.”
